ProMusica Arizona is proud to present the Arizona Premiere of this magnificent story of naturalist John Muir, one of the early founders of the National Park System. Mountain Days depicts Muir’s passionate quest to explore and preserve the natural beauty of our great country. Music and arrangements are by acclaimed Phoenix composer Craig Bohmler of Riders of the Purple Sage opera fame, and lyrics are by Tony-nominated playwright Mary Bracken Phillips. In addition to the PMAZ Chorale and Orchestra, this production will feature Arizona award-winning actors Rusty Ferracane, Trisha Ditsworth, Tommy Strawser and Matt Newhard. Stunning multimedia visuals of majestic beauty and a heart-warming story line will complete the concert experience.
